- Top 100 Audio Samples Sites - a huge link site. Tip: do a "list all sites" for the sample ring link at the bottom
- Kalava Drum Archive - one of the classics, still good though
- Analogue samples - another classic site, loads of sounds
- w a v e f o r m . d k - lots of samples invarious categories, easy to browse
- samplelibrary.net - all sorts of stuff, sampler files, synth patches, wavefiles, MP3s of members, etc.
- Espuma's Samplezone - pretty slow sometimes, those NBCI/XOOM sites, worth a look though maybe
- SoundFactory - again slow NBCI/Xoom, but a lot of good kicks and snares, from a fellow Logic user
- J.P. Hovercraft's Mellotron Sample Page - perfectly looped real mellotron samples, a definite must-have!
- Looza's free music - 500 Loops and quite some other samples
- Music Machines - if you click on "gear" you will find descriptions of quite some old drum machines, some of them also come with samplesets
